All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or the respective provider.

3. Shipping and Delivery
• Products are shipped from China.
• EU: 1–2 weeks
• USA: 1–3 weeks
• International: 1–3 weeks
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs or other delays.
• We ship worldwide.

4. Returns / Right of Withdrawal

Important Notice: All items are made to order and customized on demand. Therefore, you cannot return items simply because you changed your mind.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products:
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at Niconcloth@gmail.com.

Return Process:
1. Contact us via email with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. We will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Once we receive the defective or incorrect item, we will refund your purchase or send a replacement, including shipping costs.

Note for Non-EU Customers: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products. No other returns are accepted.

5. Liability / Warranty
• We are only liable for defective products or items incorrectly delivered.
• We do not accept liability for ordinary wear, damages caused by improper use, or personal taste.
