Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal
Important Notice: All products in our store are made to order and customized on demand. Because of this, you cannot return items simply because you changed your mind. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
For EU consumers, the general right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. However, as stated above, made-to-order and customized products are exempt from this right, in accordance with EU law.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: Niconcloth@gmail.com.
Return Process
1. Contact us via email with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. We will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Once we receive the defective or incorrect item, we will refund your purchase or send a replacement, including shipping costs.
